The team are terrific and thorough. Dr Railton has been a great Dr to me for the past five years. She was caring and compassionate especially after my husbands sudden death and now during my illness.

We have been going to this medical centre for at least 10 years. Over this time, it has been a very pleasant experience. The doctors are friendly and competent. I am impressed with how much they care. Probably the most valuable item for me is that the doctor's are consistently good. This means that if your preferred doctor is not available, there is bound to be someone else there that can help you just as much. The receptionists always do their best to fit appointments in.

We see two drs - Dr Batool and Dr Shahzad and they are the best medical practitioners I have dealt with. Dr Shahzad recently completed my son’s circumcision procedure. We had no complication's, Dr Shahzad was very supportive and provided us with all of the information we could have needed and my son felt absolutely no pain (he was falling asleep during the procedure) and the healing process and aftercare was extremely easy. He showed no signs of discomfort and the healing process went to plan. Dr Shahzad was available for any questions or concerns. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been a patient here, along with my daughter, for the last couple of years. All the staff and doctors have always been very thorough and understanding of our needs. I feel comfortable and confident that I will be listened to every time I need to make an appointment.

Our whole family uses this Medical Centre, Dr Fong, Dr Batool, Dr Ploy and Dr Aman have all been incredibly thorough, compassionate and supportive as well as effective in assisting with the varying medical issues of myself and my wife and our 2 toddler daughters. The receptionists also have been great to deal with which in my experience is a rarity. I commend and recommend this clinic.

Great staff on reception especially on the phone when assurance needed. They go out of their way to try and get you an appointment when its urgent. Doctors always great and take time to explain details of necessary tests. I really like the quick response time to getting results back. Changed to this surgery recently and am extremely happy with the service. Love the bulk billing that Concession holders get. Would recommend to all.

Have been attending this practise after multiple failed attempts at finding a good family doctor with my two young sons, and i cannot fault this practise what so ever, nothing but good experiences with doctors who actually care about mental and post partum health as well as your children’s health. Would recommend above anywhere I’ve been so far for small families, elderly and women.

Dr jean is the best. I would not get threw without her she is the best. And receptiom staff are wonderfull caring and so helpfull and a big thank you to belinda she is so csring and csndice thay make it so wonderfull to walk in i come from bunderberg to see them and its worth 10 hr trip up and back i would drivr 30 hr for dr jean a big thank you . Beautifully run practice by GP manager Joy who really cares about your concerns and constructive feedback. Very clean and modern facility, decor and furniture. The ladies at reception are also very lovely to deal with… if you are taking your children to the practice about something complex, highly recommend asking for a senior doctor when booking they are happy to accommodate.

Had a great experience at Jimboomba Medical Centre. Modern, clean facilities and barely any wait time, which is rare these days. The doctor was patient, took the time to actually listen, and answered all my questions properly rather than rushing me out the door. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend if you're after a GP in the Jimboomba area.
